Refund policy

Please be informed that under normal circumstances, usage fees are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below. Prior to becoming a member, we recommend reviewing our financial terms and policies. Exceptions to our standard refund policy may include: Instances of proven fraudulent activity. Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing. If you encounter any issues with charges and believe a refund is warranted, please submit a refund request via email (customer@dreamle.ai). Each request will be carefully evaluated within 5 business days, and if deemed appropriate, refunds will be credited to your credit card in 10 business days. Please note that if you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, Dreamle reserves the right to take necessary actions, including refusing future transactions and restricting account access.

Subscription refund

You have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after you have paid for our services. However, regardless of the time elapsed before you request a refund, it will be denied if you have used more than 20 tokens of any LLMs on our platform. We cannot refund in cases where there was a technical issue on the user's side. We can only refund Subscriptions that were purchased via card.
